La Cornue Chateau 120 - 48" Dual Fuel Range 4 Burners + French Top With a Hood

Gently used -  La Cornue Chateau 120 -  47-1/4" wide (model #
CHOLNGEU71
) - dual fuel (gas burners on top, left oven gas and right oven is 240V electric oven) - 4 burners + french top in beautiful blue color finish. This stove is in very good / excellent condition. The trim of the range is in stainless steel. This unit has been very well taken care of by the previous owner. The electric oven (on the right) does not appear to have been used more then a handful of times. The unit has been serviced and inspected by a professional appliance repair company. The hinges on the left oven have been replaced as well as the three brass burner caps.  The burners, heating elements and gas burner for the oven have all been tested and all works perfect. Ready for a new home. The range measures 47/14" wide x 29" deep (back to the handle - deepest point), 24/1/4" back to the oven area and x 36" high + the 2" for the little back riser piece.
The range also comes with a matching La Cornue Vent Hood. It measures 55-1/4" wide x 251/2" deep and 29-1/2" High. The vent hood does not come with the actual blower motor. That is to be provided by the buyer/installer. There are some minor imperfections to the vent hood, please see all photos below to see them in detail.
There is also vent hood extension piece that sits on top of the vent hood, in case someone has very tall ceilings for the dramatic look. The vent hood extension piece measures: 39-1/4" wide x 13-3/4" deep x 45-1/2" high.
This range is set up for natural gas
. I'm told it can be converted to propane but the buyer must verify with La Cornue.

This range will be crated for shipping. Crating cost is part of the shipping fee. The shipping service includes delivery to a residential address with a lift gate. If the property has a solid surface driveway (not gravel or dirt) the shipper will leave it in your garage / driveway. They will not go inside the home. Please note that if you live in a very remote area, have a curvy driveway, up the hill type of a driveway or have trees that are obstructing the way - the delivery driver will leave the crate at the beginning of the driveway and it will be up to you to handle it from there. It is up to the driver to make that determination should he feel it is unsafe for him to come closer onto the property.
The shipping company will have your phone number (the one registered to your ebay account) and they will call you ahead of time to set up a delivery appointment. The appointment is usually a 2-4 hour window. You can request the driver to call you when he is on his way to your home - at the time of the appointment.
Attention Buyers!
Please inspect your item upon delivery - while the delivery company is still there. By signing the delivery document, you state that you have received it damage free (just as described in the ebay listing). If there is damage - something that you can't live with or we can't work out, please refuse the delivery or at least write in the problem with the item on the delivery slip and contact me right away. If you sign for the delivery and unpack your item next day or later and find a shipping damage, the delivery company WILL NOT TAKE any responsibility for it and neither can I.
